Lip Blush
3–5 Days Before:
• Start exfoliating your lips gently with a sugar scrub
• Apply lip balm regularly to keep them hydrated
• Drink plenty of water
24–48 Hours Before:
• Avoid alcohol and caffeine
• Avoid spicy foods
• Don’t use lip plumpers or scrubs that irritate the skin
Day of Appointment:
• Come with clean, makeup-free lips
• Drink water before you arrive (you can’t drink with a straw during healing)
• Avoid wearing heavy lipstick that stains the lips before the session.
Microblading
24–48 Hours Before:
• Avoid caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks)
• No alcohol
• No blood-thinning medications (unless approved by your doctor)
• Avoid heavy workouts the day of your appointment
• No Botox/fillers near the brows for at least 2 weeks before
• Avoid tanning or sunburn
• Do not thread, wax, or tint your brows
Day of Appointment:
It’s recommended to shower before your appointment because you won’t be able to wet the area for a few days.
